A Little Bit About Me

So a little background to who owns and operates MCFIA CRAFT3D LLC: Hi, I'm Nichole Fleischmann. Wife, Mother, and fur mom. I started this business to do my part to help provide for our 5, yes... 5 daughters! Our 2 youngest are Irish Twins, and toddlers yet too (Mommies little helpers)!! My amazing Husband, TJ, turned our garage into my office/workshop and babies' playroom. People have asked what the meaning of MCFIA is. The MC is for McKenzie. FIA is for Sophia (she likes to be called FIA). I've had this nickname since my gaming days. So, it just stuck.

Because high quality means something to me, I can promise that every part of what I make and sell is of high end and quality materials, and great attention is paid to both detail as well as strength. I have learned more than I could have ever imagined in the short amount of time that I have been doing this, but one of the most important things I have learned is that customer satisfaction is the most important thing to me: To hear how happy people are with what they get, the attention to detail I pay, ect. It makes it all worth it to me. I encourage everyone to ask questions if they have them, even if it's a fellow 3D printer looking for help or advice. Don't hesitate to reach out to me.
